Mental fitness coaching for women
You have done the plans. You have counted, tracked and restarted. If information was enough, you would already be where you want to be. This is 1:1 coaching for the thinking underneath the habits, so the change holds when life gets loud.
1:1 coaching from £111 a month. No meal plans, no food rules, no starting again on Monday.
Strong body · Calm mind · Resilient you

Eight minutes on why the plans never stuck, and what we work on instead.
Imagine opening your laptop tomorrow and finding forty tabs already open. Some are work. Some are family. Some are things you have been carrying around in your head for weeks. And then there is the food tab.
Most of us spend years trying to close that one tab. We ignore the craving, drink more water, or promise ourselves more discipline tomorrow. The food tab is rarely creating the noise. It is just the loudest one, and it gets louder when life gets louder.
Food is not always what your brain is asking for. Sometimes it is simply where your brain has learned to look for relief. That is not a willpower problem. It has never been a willpower problem.
The difference nobody explains
Nobody expects one gym session to make them fit. Yet we expect one good week to undo years of patterns, and we call ourselves a failure when it doesn't.
Mental fitness is not about never struggling. It is about recognising when something is off, understanding what is driving it, and having the strategies to come back. Again and again. Like reps.
That is the work, and it looks nothing like a diet. The thoughts, the emotional patterns, the nervous system and the habits, taken one at a time, until the strongest version of you is simply how you live.
The running commentary in your head. What it says when you slip, and how fast you get back.
Eating that has nothing to do with hunger. We work on the feeling first, never the shame.
Small and repeatable, built around the life you actually have, so they hold when the week goes sideways.
Not a feeling you wait for. A by-product of keeping promises to yourself and taking up space.
Stress, sleep and overwhelm drive more of your choices than any meal plan ever will.
Built for the long run, around your job, your family and your energy. Not a six week sprint.
Why I do this
Not because I wasn't trying. I was trying constantly. Personal trainers. Calorie tracking. Every programme going. I came from a gymnastics background, so I knew how to train.
My body wasn't responding. And after two decades of that, my mind took the hit. The shame of working that hard and seeing nothing change is its own kind of weight. It erodes your confidence, your identity, and your belief that change is even possible for you.
Then came the part I am least proud of and most grateful for. As a health coach, I took four weeks off work with stress and anxiety. I could not coach myself. Asking for help was the healthiest decision I have ever made.
What changed everything was addressing what was actually happening underneath, physiologically and mentally, instead of pushing harder. The training worked. The habits held. And yes, the weight came off. But the biggest thing I lost was the version of me who thought she had to wait until "one day" to start living.
Since then I have run a half marathon, trained as a personal trainer, qualified in sound healing and started yoga teacher training. Not because I got smaller. Because I finally believed I could do hard things.

I don't coach calories. I coach the thoughts, patterns, habits and nervous system that drive the choices you make every day.
She had been on the journey herself, and she could completely relate to everything I was going through.

NGWhat changes
After yo-yo dieting my entire life, I began my GLP-1 journey at the end of January. I am extremely grateful that I had Marianne's support from the very beginning. She had been on the journey herself, and she could completely relate to everything I was going through.
Marianne's guidance was first class and I truly don't believe I would have been as successful as I have been without her. I have completely overhauled my whole life. Marianne was by my side through it all. She helped educate me on all things diet and nutrition. She was my personal cheerleader when I started attending group fitness classes and lifting weights in the gym.
Marianne genuinely wants to help people and thrives in assisting people on their personal journeys. I highly recommend anyone looking to change their life to work with Marianne. P.S. You won't regret it!
You would not regret working with someone who is so committed to seeing you succeed. That investing in you is the kindest thing you can do for yourself, and doing it with someone who has been there makes it feel like you are on this journey with a friend rather than a coach.
I just have to say, working with Marianne has been an absolute joy. Every time we have a call, I feel so energized and inspired. She brings these brilliant ideas that never feel overwhelming, especially because, with ADHD, my mind is racing a hundred miles an hour, and even the simplest task can feel like it might tip me over the edge.
But what Marianne does so beautifully is that she breaks everything down into these bite-sized pieces that make me actually want to get up and implement them. And beyond that, she has this incredible ability to adapt each session to my mood. Sometimes I just need to rant and someone to listen, and she knows exactly when to do that.
Marianne will be your biggest cheerleader and bring the sparkle back that you've always had but lost a little somewhere along the way.
Marianne is so much more than a coach. She is insightful, compassionate and above all, kind. She has been able to pinpoint issues I wasn't aware of and has held space for me to work through my own messy 'stuff'.
I often hear her wise words in my head as I go about my day. Would highly recommend.
Thank you Marianne for your support in our GLP-1 journey. L's previous experience where no guidance or support was offered was doomed to failure, whereas your guidance around the correct foods to eat had been priceless.
The difference in us both is amazing. Not just how we look, but how we both feel. We both love to eat the foods you have given us advice on, ie kimchi and other live cultures, plus all the proteins.
It took us a while, but we finally got there with your help. Thank you so much.
One conversation, with nothing to sit through at the end of it. We talk about what has been happening, and I tell you honestly whether I can help.
Marianne will be your biggest cheerleader and bring the sparkle back that you've always had but lost a little somewhere along the way.
